International platform for the robotics industry

2021 saw the Dresden Robotics Festival bring together the international robotics scene from industry, research and new business in the Saxon capital for the first time. The 350 attendees and 60 international speakers included leading robotics manufacturers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Stäubli and Yaskawa, as well as renowned scientists, managers and start-ups. The Dresden Robotics Festival was initiated by the ‘Robot Valley Saxony’, an industry association that works with Saxon start-ups, suppliers, service providers, research institutes and public institutions to promote Saxony as a robotics hub. The festival sees the Dresden innovation region once again underline its ability to crucially help shape the future of the growth industry that is robotics.
