Founded in 1993, Solarwatt GmbH is a pioneer of the German solar industry. The Dresden-based photovoltaic specialist develops and produces all the key components of solar energy plants, including extremely long-lasting solar modules, smart energy managers and highly efficient electricity stores. Solarwatt also offers its customers solutions for easily and efficiently supplying electric vehicles with solar power, using only green electricity to manufacture its products. And it now sells these products all over the world – from Austria and Switzerland, to France, Italy and Spain, to Australia. With a workforce now totalling nearly 500 employees, Solarwatt has sold more than seven million solar modules over its 28-year history.
