Dresden City Art Museum
The permanent exhibition at Dresden’s municipal art museum offers visitors an overview of Dresden art of the 20th and 21st centuries, with works by such artists as Eugen Bracht, Robert Diez, Hubertus Giebe, Ernst Grämer, Hans Grundig, Olaf Holzapfel, Kai Hügel, Eric Johansson, Hans Jüchser, Ralf Kerbach, Hans Körnig, Karl Kröner, Georg Lührig, Kurt Magritz, Wilhelm Müller, Hermann Naumann, Rudolf Nehmer, Dietrich Nitzsche, Charlotte Sommer-Landgraf, Robert Sterl, Erika Streit and Werner Wittig.
Small thematic exhibitions and the works by selected contemporary artists are presented in the adjoining Projektraum (Project Space). The museum also regularly mounts special exhibitions in collaboration with partners both in Germany and abroad.
